How a Heavy Lift Actually Runs

1. Site walk / photos. We look at street width, wires, trees, setback, roof height, and load path.
2. Pick plan. We size the crane by weight and radius, choose rigging, and set the outrigger footprint.
3. Permits & scheduling. We coordinate DOT windows, FDNY needs, and building access.
4. Execution. Our operator sets up, our rigger hooks and signals, the load flies clean.
5. Break down & clear. Street re-opens, site is left broom-clean.

Why "With Operator" Matters On Heavy Lifts

Heavy lifts are where inexperience gets expensive. A miscalculated radius, a bad ground bearing, a swing into a cornice — any one of those turns a routine pick into a claim. Trinchese only sends cranes out with our own NCCCO-certified operators and riggers, and we carry the insurance to match. That is why we do not rent bare cranes.
