A boom truck is faster to mobilize and better for lifts on active city streets. A larger mobile crane gives you more capacity and reach for high-rise or long-radius picks. Most NYC residential and light commercial lifts are boom-truck jobs. When you send us the site info, we'll size the right machine for the pick — not just whatever is sitting in the yard.

Boom Truck Service FAQ
- No. Every boom truck goes out with our own certified operator and rigging crew. That's how we hold our safety record and how we can carry our insurance.
- For Brooklyn and Queens we can often mobilize same-day. Cross-borough and Manhattan lifts are usually scheduled 24–72 hours out because of DOT permitting and street setup.
- We guide you on the DOT / FDNY paperwork the lift will need and coordinate with the general contractor. Some permits must be pulled by the site's licensed contractor of record.
- Anything from a couple hundred pounds of tools to multi-ton HVAC units, generators, or steel packages. Send weight, dimensions, and site address for a firm answer.
- All five boroughs of NYC — Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
